Using the free online technologies available in the Google Docs and Notebook are very powerful collaborative tools that can be employeed to enhance learning by providing various learning experiences. In this hands-on workshop you will get the opportunity to use:
- Docs - an online word processor that can be used as a wiki, e-journal, e-portfolio, e-newsletter or web-page authoring tool
- Spreadsheets - an online electronic spreadsheet with charts and support wiki like collaboration.
- Presentations - an online electronic slideshow presentation tool that allows for collaborative authoring and presenting either live of asynchronously.
- Notebook - an online notetaking and organizing tool that allows for collaborative note taking and web presentation development, especially useful for grabbing notes from websites.
