The Graduate Divison of Educational Research at the University of Calgary is offering a graduate level credit quarter course in conjunction with this conference. Students enrolled in the course will participate in the conference and base their assignments on presentations and discussions at the conference. Students will fully participate in the conference but at no additional costs over an above the normal course tuition fees.

eLearning in Canada today
Spring (June 6 – 26), 2008
This course will introduce you to the current state of e-learning in Canada today through the participation in the Canadian E-Learning Conference. You will be able to engage in discussions with experts in E-Learning applications from across Canada about their research and practical experiences. You will plan an innovative e-learning implementation that will meet a learning need.
Upon the successful completion of this course the you will be able to:
Plan an inquiry-based project related to e-learning in Canada.
Complete a specific inquiry-based project relating to e-learning in Canada and present the results.
This course is a Blended Learning course with opportunities for both online and face-to-face participation. The option will be available to participate in the course totally online for students electing not to attend the face-to-face sessions or conference.
