CAVE Tours added to the Program

We have just finalized the addition of three sessions of tours of one of the CAVE facilities at the University of Calgary to the conference program. Extreme Virtual Reality Showcase

New to the program will be a showcase of the top two winners of the EXTREME Virtual Reality (EXVR) Science Fair that is sponsored by MIRARCO.  We will have the opportunity after dinner on Wednesday evening to view presentations of these two projects and ask questions of the students that created them.  Go to http://conference.adeta.org/EXVR for more details.

Program of Presentations almost Final

There are still a couple of loose ends to tie up but the Conference Program is very close to being finalized. You can access it directly at http://conference.adeta.org/program  

The program is looking very good and we are very excited about some of the great presentations that are scheduled and related discussions that will take place both live at the presentation and on this website before and after the presentation.

Hands-on Workshops finalized

We have finalized the hands-on workshops. We have finalized the Wimba workshop and added to more so there will be a total of 9 workshops.  All nine are now on the online registration form. Receive UofC GDER Credit for Participating in this Conference

The Graduate Divison of Educational Research at the University of Calgary is offering a graduate level credit quarter course in conjunction with this conference.   Students enrolled in the course will participate in the conference and base their assignments on presentations and discussions at the conference.  Students will fully participate in the conference but at no additional costs over an above the normal course tuition fees.
